- Read 10 Minutes
- Students will view Edvard Munch's "The Scream"
- Answer how artists create a narrative through visuals
- Compare it to "The Raven"
- Choose one of the following poetic elements: mood, metaphor, or symbol. Compose a response in which you compare how the author and painter develop that element in each work. Cite at least three specific pieces of evidence for each work.
Period 4 Homework: Complete the graphic organizer listing three examples for the poem and painting.
